Q1: I have a payment failure, what should I do?
We don’t handle your payment information so you need to contact respective payment gateway.
If you use FastSpring payment gateway, please use this form to address any issues.
If you use PayPro Global, use this form.
Q2: I fixed the payment problem, and I’d like to re-initiate the payment.
Please log into your WMSPanel account and follow this link to log into your secure payment gateway. You can enter new payment details and/or re-initiate the payment.
If you still have any issues, please contact your respective gateway as described in Q1.
Q3: How can I update my credit card?
Just like in Q2, log into your WMSPanel account and follow this link to log into your secure payment gateway for that.
Q4: I need to modify company email, name, tax information
Please log into your WMSPanel account and follow this link to log into your secure payment gateway. You can enter new information there.
If you miss some information there (like tax info, VAT etc.), contact your payment gateway directly: use this form for FastSpring. and this form for PayPro Global.
Q5: Where can I download my invoices?
Go to Payments and Invoices page, you can download them there.
Q6: What am I charged for? Can you break down my costs?

Q7: My cost has more servers than I currently have, why is that?
Our billing structure calculates the peak number of servers used during each billing period. It’s essential to note that every time a server is added to your account, it contributes to determine the peak number for that specific billing cycle, regardless of whether the server is subsequently removed.
Even if a server is removed after being added, it still affects the peak number calculation for the entire billing cycle, thus the charges remain unchanged.
